Our prices are basic prices per day for the indicated time and the number of persons, excluding tourist tax and final cleaning.
For every extra person we charge:
- for 12 years and older € 20,- per day,
- children between 4 and 11 years € 10,- per day.
- children younger than 4 years are.
Our prices include electricity, heating, table- and bedclothes, towels and the use of swimmingpool, sauna and steamingroom.
For the final cleaning we charge € 40,- for apartment A and B, € 45,00 for apartment C/C* and € 50,00 for apartment D.
We also offer every day cleaning for € 10,- per apartment per day (without kitchen cleaning).
The tourist tax costs € 1,60 per person per day (15 years and older).
For pets we charge € 10,00 per day.
If you wish, you can book breakfast and/or dinner in the hotel next door. Breakfast buffet € 9,- per person; children (3-11 Jahre) € 5,-.
Evening dinner (3-course choice menu with salad buffet). Adults pay € 14,-, children (3-11 years) € 8,-.
Reservation Conditions
Downpayment: For fixed reservations, a charge free deposit of 25% of the total price through banktransfer is required.
Cancelation: Cancellations until 3 months prior to arrival are free of charge. For cancellations untill 1 month before arrival 40% of the total price will be charged. For cancellations untill 1 week before arrival 70% and in the week before arrival, including later arrival or earlier departure, 90% of the total price will be charged. We recommend a cancelation insurance, for example with our partner: www.europarische.at.
Arrival and departure: Our apartments/rooms are available from 16.00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the apartments/rooms are to be vacated by 10.00. A later check out is only possible in accordance with the reception.
