Cancelation
Until 3 months before arrival we accept cancelations free of charge, after this period we follow the Austrian Hotel Board rules, which means that for a cancelation within 3 months before arrival we charge 40% of the total price, within 1 month before arrival we charge 70% of the total price and within 1 week before arrival we charge 90% of the total price. We recommend a cancelation insurance.

Should the Austrian government or the government of your country of origin keep or introduce entry restrictions (travel warning, border closure) with regard to COVID 19, you can cancel free of charge up to one day before arrival. You will of course be reimbursed the deposit you have already paid.

Check In/Check Out
The apartment/room will be available after 16.00 o'clock. We kindly ask you to check out before 10.00 o'clock.
